To track your Tiffany Kay Studio order, click the link in the confirmation email that you will receive once your purchase is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer service at customerservice@tiffanykaystudio.com.

How Are Products Shipped?

Tiffany Kay Studio orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same business day. We offer complimentary 2-day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will generally be shipped out on the following business day. Deliveries will only occur Monday-Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

Made to order items take 10 to 12 weeks to be made from time of purchase.

You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary based on the method chose and delivery location.

All Tiffany Kay Studio orders require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt.

We individually wrap each item with our signature packaging. Whether it’s for you or someone you love, each package will receive a beautiful gift pouch and polishing cloth.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Exchanges & Returns

What Is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be delighted with your Tiffany Kay Studio purchase. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.

For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt. Within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be reflected on your credit card statement within 5 business days of your return being confirmed.

To request a return, please contact a customer service representative at returns@tiffanykaystudio.com.

Once the request is accepted, you will be provided with an RMA #.


All returns must follow the following criteria:

  • Original condition, no signs of being worn.

  • All tags must be attached

  • All original packaging must be included

  • No COD (cash/check on delivery) packages will be accepted.  

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

We recommend that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it will take us 7-10 days to receive, inspect, and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.  

Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.

Back Orders

Items that are currently out of stock, but are available for back order may take up to 10 weeks to ship.  A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item. You will have the option of canceling this order at this time. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.  If an item can not ship in over three business days, the payment and any applicable taxes will be refunded.  A customer service representative will contact you to retrieve your payment information when your order is ready to ship.

Care & Repair

Product Care

Tiffany Kay Studio jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine. Periodic examination of clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit is recommended. Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Always put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.

Product Storage

When it is not being worn, always store your jewelry in its original pouch. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and bracelets should always be stored flat. Never store your Tiffany Kay Studio jewelry in a leather pouch or bag. To avoid accelerated tarnishing always store your jewelry in the special pouches provided.

Exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing sulfur, may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly. There are a number of non-abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to remove tarnish. Always read the warning label and take care when using polishes on jewelry containing gemstones. To avoid a faster tarnish, store your Tiffany Kay studio jewelry in the provided pouch, and always wipe the item down with our Tiffany Kay Studio tarnishing cloth before each use.

Repairs

Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. If a piece is damaged, it should receive immediate attention for repair to prevent further damage or loss. Please contact our repair department at 401-490-5102. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the Tiffany Kay Studio Repair Department.

Please inform customer service immediately if your order arrives broken or in unacceptable condition. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience if this occurs. There will be no charge for this kind of repair.  

Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.

FAQs

Q: Do Rings come in different sizes?

A: Yes, rings do come in different sizes. If you are ordering online and don’t know your ring size, you can take the measurement yourself. If you already know your ring size, base the size your are ordering on the fit we label the ring. In cases where the ring is a snug or tight fit, you may want to go up a size.

Please use our ring guide:

  • The more metal that hugs the finger, the more snug the ring will fit. So if you love wide bands and stack ring sets, consider a larger size or switch to a smaller finger (if it's a ring that would normally fit your ring finger).

  • Standard fit indicates a fit that's true to size. Order your normal ring size.

  • Snug fit indicates that those who are in-between sizes, or have a fuller finger, might want to order a larger size or wear the ring on a slightly smaller finger.

  • Tight fit indicates that most customers need a larger size. Extraordinary designs and exceptionally wide rings fit more tightly. A tight fit can constrict the finger.

Q: Do Bangles come in different sizes?

A: Yes, bangles do come in different sizes. You should order based on the approximate length of your other bracelets.

  •  Small: 6 ¾” Fit

  •  Average: 7 ¼” Fit

  •  Large: 8” Fit

Q: Can you special order items in other materials such as gold?
